Apartment house

The aim of the bachelor thesis is a project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with four aboveground floors and one underground floor. In the aboveground part of the building are 10 accommodation units with generous living spaces. Loggia is included in some of these apartments. The highest floor is designed as a receding one, so there is enough space for terraces. In the underground part are basement cubicles, utility room, room for bicycles, room for strollers, elevator machine room and storage room. Parking is provided outside the building on the paved land. In total there are 17 parking spaces, one for the disabled. The main roof is designed as a flat with a classic layer order with the final layer of TPO foil. The brick building is transverse, built from the Porotherm system, the ceiling structure and staircase are designed monolithic from reinforced concrete. The foundation of the building are CFA piles. There is an elevator in the building. The facade of the buildings is partly contact insulated by ETICS mineral wool system and parts of the facade are ventilated by Prefa mineral wool aluminium sheets.
The fire station in Zbýšov

The thesis contains a fire station type P1 and object of gym in the administrative area Zbýšov u Oslavan. There is a fire station is build with three floors and the gym with two floors. The design of the fire station is followed accordingly with ČSN 73 5710, it contains premises for administration, day and nigh emergency, training tower and garage and gym. The building with build of ceramic blocks (Porotherm). The ceilings are prefabricated of the pre stressed ceiling slabs. The flats roof is single-skinned and the perimeter casing is made of ventilated facade.
Health centre Sadová

Master´s thesis premises designed Health centre Sadová on the level of documentary for execution of works. The building has thirteen medical equipment with facilities, pharmacy, health food store, optics and refreshment. The building is simply-shaped, with four above-ground floors and basement. The structural systém is cast-in-place concrete frame. The infill wall in basement is walled with permanent formwork blocks and the ground floors are walled with clay blocks. Floor structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Roof structure is designed like flat roof. The building has thermal insulation and cladding with fibre cement board.
Leisure Time Centre Brno

The Bachelor thesis develops an architectural study of Leisure time centre which was created within the Public Buildings Studio. The proposed building is located at the Kamenný Vrch settlement in Brno - Nový Lískovec. It is placed in the middle of large recreational area and it serves as a community centre for inhabitants of the surrounding settlement. The main idea beneath the design was to create a place where users will have enough privacy and space to get to know each other during common activities. The building has two floors. There is a cafe, MEP room and open public space with a playground and benches on the ground floor. On the first floor there are rooms of the community centre - library, club for seniors, art room, club for children, rehearsal room, multipurpose hall and office for employees of the centre. The rooms are set around an open court with intensive vegetation. The supporting structure of the building combines monolithic reinforced concrete on the ground floor with wooden and steel elements on the first floor.
